Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items or items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional sale may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific details.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include the RA number on the return shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or intimate apparel.
